In memory of the 10th Anniversary of Fr. Ragheed Ganni's Death

“Wake up Project” presents a short clip in memory of Fr. Ragheed Ganni, a brave, young Chaldean Catholic priest. He was martyred in Iraq by Islamic extremists on June 3, 2007.
On the 10th anniversary of his martyrdom, we would also like to remind the world about so many priests and lay people, especially of the Chaldean Iraqui Church, who are witnessing to the Faith in these times, willing even to lay down their lives and shed their blood for love of Christ.
The Iraqui church and the universal church see in Fr. Ragheed Ganni an example to follow. We remember him for his constant joy and tireless generosity. We honor him for his love of the Eucharist and his commitment to Christ’s flock. He gave his life out of love, so that the doors of the House of God would never be closed to his flock.
