This is the second of a two part documentary on the dignity and vocation of women, from the perspective of the perfect model of a woman: the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Certain trends of thought found in modern-day society and promoted by the media, for example feminism, erode and destroy God's image in man. As a result, men and women grow farther and farther away from their vocation to holiness.
The woman, called to safekeeping the secret of love and life, repeatedly becomes the target of the serpent whose goal is to degrade and obscure her feminine identity in all its qualities and gifts.
"From Eve to Mary" offers a wide variety of testimonies that unveil the woman's original vocation and her role as God intended it. The program offers commentaries on the topic from various different experts in theology, philosophy, Biblical studies, marriage and the family, along with religious sisters, and mothers.
